Here are a few ways to solve the problem.

Restart the set-up

1. Press the power button on the control panel

2. Remove all cables from the laptop or device

3. Wait 30 seconds

4. Reconnect the cables and press the power button

The wrong input is selected on the control panel

Check if the correct button is lit for the correct input. For example: for an HDMI cable, the 'HDMI' button should be lit.

The Windows settings are wrong

If you have a laptop connected you can try the following:

1. Press the Windows key + P on your keyboard

2. Click on 'Duplicate'
