This system has a camera, which can be adjusted and (automatically) operated. The camera can be operated with the square remote control: direction, distance and two preferred positions. By pressing the Home button, the camera searches for a face.

Does the computer use the laptop camera? Then check in the settings of the application (such as Teams or Zoom) whether the correct source has been selected, namely "Logitech MeetUp". Is this not listed? Then check whether the USB-C or USB-A cable is properly connected.
