You can connect your laptop to this system using an HDMI cable and USB-A cable. It is important to know that the HDMI only sends images to the screen. To transmit both image and sound, and to use the camera and microphone, you must connect both the HDMI cable and USB-A cable.

1. Turn on the screen with the control panel.

   
   

2. Connect the HDMI and USB-A cable.

   
   

3. Select the 'HDMI' source on the control panel.

   
   

4. Do you also want to use the camera that is present in the room? Then click 'Turn on Camera System' on the control panel, and select 'EasyIP Mixer' in both Windows and in the program you want to use, such as Teams, as speaker, camera and microphone.

Are you done with the screen? Then switch it off using the 'Power Off' button on the control panel.
